Extra Work Pre-Authorization

If our team finds that your property needs more work than quoted, we normally contact you before doing it.

By granting this authorization, you allow our office to approve additional work on your behalf up to the limit you choose, so the visit is not delayed when we cannot reach you. You will receive photos and the updated price, and you can change or revoke this authorization at any time.
